mmm… Melakan Satay
Melaka is famed for its satay, most notably a dish called sate celup. It is a platter of skewered raw and semi-cooked seafood, meat and vegetables. The skewers are dunked socially into a boiling broth of peanut sauce in a pot sunken into the centre of the table.
